Yes. Every Rambla apartment has a full kitchen (oven, cooktop, fridge, and dishwasher) and in-apartment laundry with washer and dryer. So you can cook your bread and butter, keep things fresh, and avoid that coin-operated laundromat situation entirely. It’s proper home comforts.
Booking, Rates & Policies
The perks of booking directly via Rambla is you’ll scoop that sweet 5% off rates you’ll see elsewhere. Plus, you’ll also get 1 complimentary car space per room for the duration of your stay. What can we say? We like to reward good decisions.
Yes, there are a range of flexible rates and long-stay deals, with better value the longer you stay. Some rates allow changes if plans shift, while extended stays unlock extra savings. Availability and terms vary by property and dates, so it’s always worth checking current offers before you lock anything in.
Our cancellation or booking-change policy depends on the rate you book. Some rates are non-refundable, while others allow changes or cancellations up to a set time before arrival. Your exact terms are shown clearly at booking, so you know where you stand before you lock it in.
Yes, housekeeping and fresh linen are included in your stay. For stays under 7 days, you'll receive a full clean with fresh linen at check-in. Longer stays (7+ nights) include weekly housekeeping with fresh linen and towel changes every 7 days. If you need additional servicing during your stay, just yell out to the team and they can arrange it for you.
Minimum stays vary by rate and season. Most standard bookings require at least 2 nights, while special offers like the Get Away rate require 3 nights minimum. There's no maximum stay duration, so whether you're here for a weekend escape or settling in for a few months, Rambla's got you covered. For specific minimum stay requirements during peak periods or special events, check availability for your dates.
Check-In, Check-Out & Access
Digital check-in means you skip the front desk entirely and walk right into your apartment using your phone. A few days before arrival, you'll get a link to check in online: just upload your ID, take a quick selfie, and you're sorted. On arrival day, your digital key unlocks via the Rambla app, so you can breeze straight to your room without waiting in any lobbies. Just tap and go, you cheeky thing.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on how busy we are. If you book certain rates like the Weekend Escape, early check-in at 12pm and late checkout are included. Otherwise, it's worth reaching out before arrival to request it. If we've got your room ready early or can hold it later, we'll make it happen.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. This gives our housekeeping crew enough time to get your apartment fresh and ready for the next guest. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, just ask: we'll do our best to accommodate when availability allows.
Absolutely, luggage storage is available on arrival and departure day. If you're arriving before 3pm or departing after 11am and need somewhere to stash your bags, reach out to our property team and they'll sort you out. Convenience is kind of our middle name (not really, but it could be).
If your digital key isn't playing nice, first check your phone's bluetooth is on and you've got a decent internet connection: sometimes that's all it needs. Still no luck? Contact the property directly via the number in your booking confirmation and the team will get you sorted straightaway.
Security deposits are processed in the currency of the platform you book through. Some third-party sites charge in USD (yes, even for Australian stays), which means your bank handles the conversion. Book direct with Rambla and your deposit stays local, processing in AUD. Easy.

Absolutely. WiFi’s included, so you can plug in for WFH, plan your next roam, or log off and chill. Many apartments support TV streaming too: just sign in to your own accounts, feed your favourite series, and unwind like you’re already home.
Location & Transportation
Rambla properties in both Brisbane and Melbourne are well connected to their airports, with straightforward options by car, rideshare, or public transport. Rambla @ South/City/SQ is just about 17 km (≈19 min by car) from Brisbane Airport at Woolloongabba. Rambla @ Perry House and other Brisbane spots like Berwick House and Story House are also within a similar ~20–30 min drive to BNE. Rambla Solarino House in Brunswick sits about 20 km from Melbourne Airport (≈20–25 min by car).
You’re well placed to roam. Rambla apartments are located close to trains, trams and bus routes, making it easy to explore the city, commute for work, or dip in and out of local life without needing a car.

Stays & Travel Planning
A short-term stay is typically a few nights to a couple of weeks. It’s ideal for weekend getaways, business trips, city breaks or a quick reset with all the comforts of home and none of the long-term commitment.
Keep it simple and go local. Choose a central home base, drop your bags, and dive straight into the neighbourhood. Plan one or two must-do moments, then leave room to unwind, roam and let the city do the rest.
Policies & Standards
We love animals, just not as overnight guests. Pets aren’t permitted at any Rambla location, and bringing an animal is considered a breach of our terms (which may mean being asked to remove the animal or end your stay early). However, service dogs are the exception and always welcome. Travelling with a service dog? Give us a heads-up before you arrive so we can have everything sorted for a smooth check-in.
Rambla is made for unwinding, so after-hours raves are off the cards. We have a strict no-party policy, and excessive noise from music, guests or visitors may result in your entire group being asked to leave. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am, and we ask that all visitors depart by 10pm. Any noise audible outside your apartment during these hours isn’t permitted. We’re big on keeping things chill and neighbour-friendly.
Perry House
Rambla @ Perry House sits just 300 metres from Bowen Hills Station (a breezy 3-minute stroll). From here, you’re plugged into the airport line, city line and western line, with Fortitude Valley one stop away, the Exhibition Centre and Suncorp Stadium two stops, and South Bank just three.
On-site parking is available for $15 per night. Book direct with Rambla, though, and parking’s on us: one complimentary car space per room for the entire stay. Savvy move.

Berwick House
Rambla @ Berwick House is in the thick of Fortitude Valley. Bars and clubs are just minutes away, so nightlife is very much part of the neighbourhood. Apartments aren’t soundproofed, but overnight and weekend security are on site, and Rambla’s no-party policy keeps things respectful.

Story House
When you book direct with Rambla, you get one complimentary car park space: whether that’s for you or your guest is entirely up to you (any negotiations or light arguments about who gets dibs are your own responsibility).
Rambla @ Story House is a 5-minute walk to The Gabba and right in the heart of Kangaroo Point, with riverside walks, the Cliffs, and the new Green Bridge on your doorstep. South Bank and the CBD are an easy stroll away.

Rambla @ Solarino House is very close to Sydney Road and local cafes (dangerously close if you love good coffee). Solarino House is a seven minute walk from Sydney Road, putting Brunswick’s cafés, bakeries, bars and local favourites right on your doorstep. How’s that for convenience?
Trams and buses are easily accessible from Solarino House, making it simple to roam into the CBD, explore the inner north, or dip in and out of local neighbourhoods without needing the car during your stay at Rambla. Anstey train station is a 1-minute walk, and the Albion Street/Sydney Road tram stop is 3 minutes on foot.
