What is digital check in?
Digital check in is our way of streamlining your stay from the moment you book. Using a smartphone process, we’ll send you a digital check in hotel key that will be activated on the day of your arrival. Simply follow the prompts and tap away to unlock your stay.

Where are your apartments located?
We're living it up in two of Brisbane's best city fringe pockets: Perry House in Bowen Hills, and South/City/SQ in Woolloongabba. Keep a lookout for additional Rambla properties opening soon in other major Australian urban centres.
Is onsite parking available?
Glide into Perry House’s private car park for a booking fee of just $15/night. Alternatively, make the most of the surrounding public transport options just outside home base.
Does my room include internet and streaming services?
Aren’t we living in the 21st century? Your room includes fast, reliable WiFi connectivity and your bedroom TV comes equipped with Chromecast, giving you access to all your favourites for the ultimate home away from home experience.
How far is the airport from the apartments?
12.8km – just 13 minutes away. We're right next to the M7 airport link north of the city, so it's super simple and fast to get to and from the airport.
What is the nearest train station?
Bowen Hills Station is 300m from the apartments. Bowen Hills is connected to the airport line, city line, western line and more. It's one stop away from Fortitude Valley, 2 stops from the Exhibition Centre and Suncorp and 3 stops from South Bank. Trains run every few minutes into and out of the city for maximum convenience.
What is the nearest bus stop?
There are two bus stops only 50m away from the apartments.
Who do I contact during my stay if I need assistance?
Just because we don't have a reception doesn't mean that we aren't around to help. We have a messaging system within the guest portal which is super easy to use and you can send us requests through this portal prior and during your stay. This is monitored 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday and is frequently checked over the weekend.
We also have a phone number you can call, 1300 58 31 51. This is monitored 8am-5pm and 24 hours for emergencies only.
Do you have security on premise?
We have 24 hour monitoring and patrols to ensure our guests' safety. If you need to report an issue, please call us on 1300 583 151.
Facilities & Amenities
Do Rambla apartments have gym facilities?
Absolutely! You can enjoy a fully equipped in-house gym available for use by all guests when you stay with us.
What about a pool?
Another yes. Make a splash in our rooftop pool before unwinding in a luxurious spa, all on tap for guest use.
Will my room have air conditioning?
What kind of question is that? Of course it will. Your room is equipped with smart tech features allowing you to adjust the energy efficient A/C with ease.
Does Rambla have a shared work space?
As well as a cosy desk space set-up right inside your room, Rambla @ Perry House includes a seperate co-work space for guests to breeze in and out of as they please. Don't worry, the WiFi signal is the same all throughout the building: fast, secure and reliable.
Do we store luggage?
We don’t have a dedicated storage area but will always do what we can to assist. Drop us an email with your request and we will see what we can do.
Is there early check in/late departure available?
Whilst we will always do what we can to help, we can never guarantee. Drop us an email to see how we can help as charge will apply.
What is the car park height?
The car park is 2.2m high.
What is the temperature of the pool/spa and what are the operating hours?
The pool is set at 27 degrees and the spa at 34 degrees. The facilities are open from 7am-10pm daily.

Perry House has three fabulous room types to choose from: 1 Bedroom Apartment, 2 Bedroom Apartment and 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment. You can take a squiz at their specs here.
How long can I stay?

Do you offer room service?
Our serviced apartments do not come with expensive room service options that drain your wallet faster than a dinner party gulps a bottle of bubbles. Instead, we've chosen premium locations for our properties that house some of the city's best eateries, so you can choose to step outside your door to a plethora of deliciousness or order online from the comfort of the couch via Uber Eats. What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Whether it’s a change of plans or a change of heart, our team is happy to assist you with any booking change or cancellation requests. If you need to adjust things, get in touch with us ahead of your stay.
Does every room have a sofa bed?
Not every room has a sofa bed. It's very important to request a sofa bed should you need one, so we ensure that your room facilitates this correctly.
What are the housekeeping hours?
Housekeeping hours of operation are 9am-4pm. If you make a request outside of these hours, we will get it to you when the team is back on shift.
